When you purchase a meditation you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to listen and download it for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, broadcast, or remix the audio without written permission.

Pause offers meditation and mindfulness content for general wellbeing. It is not medical or mental-health advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a licensed professional.

Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final, no refunds. See our refund policy for details.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pause means you accept the latest version.
